Each one is used to manage a different type of lease contract and in each tab only the fields of the type of contract defined by the type of record are shown.




What is a View?


Views are quick reports that can be configured on each object or token. The user can create as many views as required and include in each one the fields or columns of a specific object. You can directly edit the fields of an object through a View. Views can join and simplify multiple tables into a single virtual table.

Yes. The system is integrated to the Superintendency of Banks and allows a specific date to bring the value of the Development Unit (UF) and the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The value of the UF can then be massively updated for all the lease payments that apply or to carry to pesos any amount expressed in UF such as the amount of sale, payments or leases.




What does the field '' Days of Beginning of Contract Review 'refer to?


The Contract Revision Start Days are the days that are defined by the lease contract prior to the maximum date to give notice of the term or renewal of the contract. Allows the system to define the date on which it should begin to review the lease to see if it will proceed to renew it or not. The system automatically sends an email to the defined users when a lease reaches that date. You can also issue reports with these dates and plan the contract review process and its subsequent renewal.
